Our Company: The vision and passion behind Leading For You started in 2016 when I found my purpose. I wanted to expand my tree of influence and share my values based leadership experiences. The mission was to add value to at least 1 person in need, and see their roots grow an influence tree of their own. Since our beginning we have proudly watched the tree of influence grow and transform our world, 1 leader at a time. Me: Hello my name is Jesse Girdler. I am a dedicated father of 2, happily married to my high school sweetheart, and life long learner who was born and raised in Findlay, Ohio. I am a transformational leadership professional inspired to add value to others. I have been blessed to spend over 21 years in various leadership roles of all levels within Fortune 500 & 300 companies. I have a Masters of Science in Management & Leadership, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
